The Reeds is located in the village of Allhallows-on-Sea on the Hoo Peninsula in Kent. Just 500m from the coastline of the Thames Estuary, the park is extremely popular and plots, when available, sell quickly. The nearest town of Rochester is approximately 11 miles away with a bus stop immediately outside the park. The park has a on-site warden for maintenance of communal areas.
