Woodside Meadows
Woodside Meadows is a brand new residential park currently under construction in the highly sought after village of Burwell, situated on the edge of The Fens in East Cambridgeshire. Ideally placed for access to the A14 and M11, the scenic university city of Cambridge (12 miles/20 minute drive) and the horse racing town of Newmarket.
The park will boast a resident meeting facility in the centre of the park with landscaped gardens, gated entry and walks around two large ponds.
Burwell offers fantastic walking and cycling opportunities with footpath and National Cycle routes linking Ely, Wicken Fen and Cambridge within a short distance form the park entrance. The park is licensed for 91 plots in total with Phase One now released for reservation (plots 1-40), there is a huge range of plot sizes to choose from starting at 36x20ft to 52x22ft.
Phase One of the development is now released for reservation, the park will be ready for occupation March 2023.
